My name is Sophia Louis. I was born in Haiti and raised in West Virginia. I moved to Florida where I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

 

I became a Mortgage Broker after going through the home-buying process personally and witnessing the two types of Loan Officers that exist. My goal was to be  a pro-active, educative and tenacious Mortgage Loan Originator. I became just that. I am passionate about creating homeowners whether it is  a first time homebuyer, seasoned investor or a vacation home transaction.  

 

I have worked  directly with multiple  Mortgage Lenders before deciding to open a Broker Shop. I was  trained  by industry professionals with 20 plus years of experience and  obtained the skillset to manage a mortgage brokerage. With my passion, drive, tenacity and skillset believe I will take you to the closing table.
